Event Photography

 $250 per hour

• Includes all final digital images with photo release delivered via shareable online gallery with unlimited downloads

$150 studio setup fee plus $250 per hour (plus tax)

• Includes full studio lighting
• Most clients choose to provide their own event specific background. I can provide a small simple background for an additional fee if desired.

Please note this is not a photo booth with props. It is intended to provide high quality studio portraits for your attendees (some examples included in the images above). 

Social selects immediate delivery

Small collection of images for social media post delivered within hours of event**

• Events up to 4 hours in length: $250
• Events 4-8 hours in length: $400
• $850: Live social selects delivered throughout your event (available under specific event and location conditions)

**Add your logo or unique event watermark to these images for a one time $60 fee

1 hour minimum for all events. Partial hours are rounded up to the next quarter hour. Time at event that exceeds agreed upon hours will be invoiced at the above listed rates. Full payment for services is required prior to image delivery.

Event services include:

• All final images with photo release received via download 
• Pre and post-event communication via phone or email
• Travel within Madison (further travel $48/hr)
• Final images delivered via shareable online gallery with option for all to download images and purchase prints. Password protection available at your request.
